4. Payments & Refunds

• Deposits required to start projects (non-refundable).

• Final payment due before delivery.

5. Intellectual Property

• Final designs/code belong to the client after full payment.

• Front VA retains rights to showcase work in portfolios (unless NDA applies).
  
  

6. Limitation of Liability

We’re not liable for:

• Third-party integrations (e.g., WordPress plugins).

• Delays due to client-side inaction.

• Indirect damages (lost profits, data loss).
  
  

7. Termination

Either party may terminate with written notice. Unpaid work remains our property.
